It's on BBCi, though they were showing motorsport when I looked a couple of mins ago. I'm listening to the junior women's race at the moment--there's a live feed on the BBC website.
One lap down and apparently a big group at the front, all African with a couple of Japanese hanging off the back.
tanx 4 the update. lookin for that link on bbc now..
Can you provide a link
The link is on this page:
There has been a burst and the leading group down to seven: four kenyans and three ethiopians, including favourite.
I don't see a link...to wxc.. radio or text feed.
But please keep us updated
Massive confusion--leaders apparently thought the race had finished.
Race is gathering pace again. It was the Ethiopians who wrongly thought it was over and started sprinting with a lap to go! Mercy Kosgei is up there. Kenyans are going to get 1-2-3 by the looks of it.
Yikes!
grrr bbc have cocked up the online coverage. if u click on realplayer feed u just get repeated sports news...if u click on windows media, u get pics from the cross country (crap quality) with the news audio over the top. anyone else found this ...
Lynette Barasa (?) of Kenya to win (can't understand name). Looking very tired. Kosgei in second. And Wanjiru gets bronze.
Charlotte Purdue first of Brits to finish, then Pidgeon. Cram reckons Purdue was in top 15.
Lots of athletes is really bad shape. People collapsing.
anything on americans?
Afraid I've only got audio (no pictures), so no.
