My legs are feeling thrashed, as these last couple of days. I am cruising a the "right"/"normal pace" that i run, but when towards end when i want to kick my legs to go faster ..my legs simply won't..
Any advice...would protien like twice a week after running help or even during?
Or
Do i need a break?
Also how do i build up leg speed..I have the fitness level i want to be at but simply cannot go faster, no matter how i try my legs cannot go any faster
