I'm looking for as exact as possible Ryun's 300m split in his 3'33.1 WR.
I'd rather not receive an answer sourced from forum-trawling or from Wiki, but from someone's video of the race or from an established publication: e.g. T&F News report from '67 of the race ( race description also would be very nice ! ).
It may seem a trivial question, but mathematically it would certainly help me decide personally whether he was
a) One of the top-10 1500m talents in history
b) The greatest 1500m talent in history
- ~ 44.5 would tend to indicate a) for me
- ~ 46.0+ would tend to indicate b) for me
This is a serious question & I would appreciate only seriously researched answers ( no jokers please )
