OAC's again - Any thoughts?

what about walters from muskingum? he did run a 4:22 mile the other weekend. if he can produce another quality performance i would not count him out of the running for a top 3 performance.

So the mile and 800 have been narrowed down between a couple of different runners, but what about the 1000? Who is even running the 1000?

Totally forgot about the 1000. Thus far its seams very weak as many guys havent even qualified yet. I am guessing though that Velliquete and Basista will double though since they do every year. But not sure who else will be in contention. Any other thoughts?

Garro should run the 5k, I think he could drop a 14:50 or so... I mean he does have jasari's. And to answer the question about the jasari's, pretty sure nike made em custom cause those things are impossible to find.

its official. garro is transferrig out of state to dodge o'brien. hes been having nightmares and have ruined countless paires of underwear from crapping himself because he is so scared.

Just to add something else to talk about, what the hell was Mount's 4x4 anchor doing at All-Ohio?? I know he's run pretty fast in the past but he looked like he wasn't trying and he blew the decent lead they had.

it's sad garro is transferring out of state just because obrien scares the shit out of him. i wonder if obrien bought him some new underwear if he would stay...what do you say garro? just for old times sake. get your tits kicked off by obrien at least one more time. whats wrong with sigmund i havent seen his name anywhere in results but saw him at all-ohio cheering on mount?

If I remember correctly, Mount's anchor ran like a 53 or 54...not very strong.

Did anyone else notice after Lasch won the mile, Velliquette was crying like a little school girl and making excuse after excuse.

That was amazing! Lasch is one hell of a runner, he is definetly the best miler in the conference. He took the lead at 800 and never looked back. i cant wait to watch him go even faster at conference, he might win by 2-3 seconds by then!

so who is gonna regulate and keep an eye out on harry potter at conference? only god knows what he can do with his magical powers.

Yeah Velliquette was crying..... freaking idiot. Definately the best miler in the conference by far ya know since both Basista and Velliquette have went to nationals for 1500/mile, and have better pr's and don't duck events to run one good one and suck a fat one in their other events. You go out and try to double and sometimes triple like they do.

anyone else see laschs move in the 5k. i forget what lap exactly but he sprinted up next to mount union colleges dustin ford, cut in front of him and slowed down dramatically. i was standing about halfway down the front straightaway and could see this clear as day. ford had to almost stop and was forced to push lasch forward so he wouldn't fall. you could tell lasch was trying to trip him. if i was ford i would have tackled him right then and there and choked him my thighs. have you ever seen those things, they're mammoth.

Ford would take Lasch any day...Ford is an animal and was raised with the panthers of perry...He cannot be defeated...my money is on him for taking the 5k at OAC's
