Well the end of the indoor season is soon aproaching, any thoughts or predictions on the OAC indoor this year?

Mount is probably untouchable
But after that things could get interesting... Heidelberg barely topped Northern at All Ohio this weekend setting up a close match there
I realized mount was good but I guess I never looked at how dominant they were until I took a closer look at scores in the past few weeks. Anyone know where some of there distances guys scored some brand spanking new Jasaris from?
After looking at the results yesterday at All Ohio, Mount is untouchable probably and Otterbein's women look pretty hard to beat as well.
Mount did dominate at All-Ohio but honestly performed very poorly overall as a team
Agreed, they won but did not perform like have in the past, off day i would say
Yeah, Mount definately had an off day, some of the other teams though had races of their lives
races of there lives? how can you say that. a win is a win.
Who had a race of their life? i saw good performances but nothing outstanding or special. whoever you are referring to you probably are just bitter because you lost.
hmmm, race of their lives. How about Lash in the mile? That's gotta be damn near one of the races of his life.
Wysocki, maybe not the race of his life looked great in the 5k.
Great 800 duel between Garro and O'brien.
mind you this is coming from a kid who has otterbein ties.
Lash in the mile? i think running a 4:19 isnt considered a race of a lifetime. if he would have ran a 4:10 then it would be safe to say he ran the race of his life. come on now, he is a cross all-american and a good runner.
In division 3 a guy who is a 5k runner running 4:18 tends to be a big deal aka indicator that he should be able to go sub 15 in the 5k.
Sawicki last years best was about 4:16 in the mile and he was 2nd at nationals in the 5k. Just remember that.
O'Brien sat on Garro until the final straight and passed him. Not to be melodramatic, but you could see fear on Garro's face coming into the homestraight. He knew O'Brien was on his shoulder and about to get him. The mile was a great race as well with Velliquette and Lasch dueling it out and Lasch making a big move at the end.
To be honest, I'm just glad that Lasch learned how to race. That guy used to take out races as hard as he could only to get hawked down the last 400 or so. I think/hope that those days are over (nothing frustrates me more than watching talented people run like morons). Is he faster than Velliquette though? Probably not. Velliquette's gone like 3:50 or :51...he'll run fast when he needs too. As for Garro, he's just straight out-gunned. O'Brien is an incredible runner. ONU is lucky to have him; I'm thinking he could be much better at a solid DI school where he might have some good workout partners as opposed to Northern where he has to run several events per weekend.
Lasch looked a little smarter in the mile, he actually went out conservative and could move late. But the 5k...I know he was doubling into it and all, but he probably could have run faster if he didn't try to take the lead mile 2.
Lasch could be very dangerous if he ran intelligent every race. I think he is getting a little better at that.
Garro was definately scared in the last 20-30 meters. The look on his face said it all.
lasch didn't run the dmr, the 5k was his 2nd race.
garro did look scared... anyone else think the 5k is a little weak this year?
Garro is not scared of O Brien at all. Garo led the whole thing, and i thought he was going to hold on, but O Brien nudged him out. i think it is going to be a great race at conference. i think garro will win it with a time of 1 51.7 and O Brien will be 1 52.3. i think the mile is going to be totally different. i am sorry lasch you had a great race, but i cant see him beating Basista and Velliquette again. Especially since the DMR is the day before. Basista or Velliquette will win with a time of 4 15 and Lasch will be at 4 19. He does have a chance against two runners who already have made it to nationals in this event or the 1500.
rumor has it garro crapped his pants during the race because he was so scared.
the mile will be a great race. The 5k will be really interesting because it's so up in the air with everyones times being so close together. How come Heckman didn't run at all-ohio?
All the distance races should be competitive at the conference meet. The 800 b/w Obrien and Garro, mile w/ Basista, Veliquette, and Lasch and 5k is pretty wide open for about 4-6 guys who could win. I dont think many people will argue though that the DMR is only a race for second place. Mount seems to have that race rapped up.
