Yeah, I think it takes a while for someone to bring his/her aerobic threshold within 5% of his/her lactate threshold. It's not like that is easily acheived, and I think those who can do that are those who run 2:06/7 marathons. If Hall ran a marathin in April, I would think that a 2:10 in London would be a good start for him. Sure he might be able to go faster some day, but has he ever done marathon type training? Doubt it.
