so, i just started my base last week. i'd like to run a good 800m by the end of the season(mid April-ish). how should i plan out the next few months/12 weeks.
SOME INFO:i ran about 80 miles this week. i've got mid 11 100m speed. i'm a little out of shape right now as far as endurance goes. I'd like to run a 1:56 or faster. thanks!
