Hey, this is Mark from flocasts and
has been up since early Nov. A lot of people post our videos here, which is great (keep doing it) because a lot of traffic comes from you on Letsrun. I was wondering if you like the site? If you could tell me what you like and don't like. What you have not seen and who you want to see. For example, a lot of people wanted longer shows and we are trying to do that. If you tell me what you want I will do it.

Yeah I agree I want longer clips. Are you going to any races this year like you did in cross?

Fantastic job on the website. I'm very impressed with the quality of the questions and the sheer volume of interviews you guys have done. I don't see a need for many changes, and I actually like some of the shorter snippets. Not everyone wants to sit through a 5+ minute interview. Perhaps create excerpts and longer interviews for each subject?

The videos are great, especially the workout clips. More of those would be great for coaches & runners alike in getting new ideas.
