Looking for some opinions here:
For a marathoner running in excess of 85 miles per week which of the the following three workouts are the most stressful on the body (require the most recovery time):
1) 10 min w-u, 20-30k @ 85-88% of Max HR (marathon pace), 20 min c-d
2) 30-40k @ 78-83% of Max HR (steady pace)
3) 40-50k @ 70-75% of Max HR (easy pace)
or are they fairly even
