That 120+ year old french woman drank and smoked every day. Back when she was about 80, some 40-year old guy made her a deal that he would pay the rent on her Paris condo until she died if she would leave it to him in her will. She outlived him, and his kids paid her rent after that to honor the contract. Now THAT's awesome.
