I went on a particularly long long run this saturday
Yesterday and today, the middle part of my foot and my second toe felt really awkward when I start running
The pain would get worse if I run any moderate distance and even if I try to stretch my toes out a lot
So this is basically a typical scenario of metatarsal stress fracture? (I did some reading on the internet)
If so, how long before I can run again? Well there goes the whole winter season for me :(
