How do you properly train to race during indoor with a plan to peak in May/June? Is it okay to do workouts like 4 x mile @ 5k pace during indoor?
I will be racing at a few big meets during indoor, but I really want to be at my best in late May and early June. In the past I've had my best season after doing a lot of miles and threshold preseason, but this year since I'm racing in February that might not be in the plan.
Help? How do you do it?
