Matt Gillete ran a 4.12 mile, Ryan spangle their freshman ran 4:17, and Jake Sitler ran 8.30 in the 3k. Non ship wise Elicia anderson ran 16:47, and james mcbride ran 15:11. Any results on dinzeo in Erie?

So ship now has the top seeds in every event from mile up?
Ship ran 7:50 in the 4x800 today as well
Who cares - I wish ship would just have their own thread so we don't have to listen to it. It's going to make my day when they get blown out in Edinboro.
We need Edinboro, Haven, and Ship fully healthy and go at it in a tri meet. Who would win out of an all star team from the past decade??
Looks like out in Ohio, Jewel ran 1:57? Scott Anderson from Boro ran 14:30 for 5k. Doesn't look like Dinzeo or Wolfe raced for Cal.
I doubt that Ship will "get blown out in Edinboro." When's the last time Ship has ever gotten blown out at a conference meet? When the other distance powerhouses in the conference start rolling out performances like Ship is right now, then maybe you won't get so annoyed seeing Ship do well every weekend. You sound very jealous, it's a little pathetic.
On another note, where in the heck are the Haven guys? They are usually out there racing every weekend and posting fast times all indoor season. I guess they're waiting for the BU Valentine meet, they always run well there. It won't be the same at PSAC's if they aren't there in full force. The classic Ship vs. Haven distance battles are what make the PSAC meet exciting every year.
Good luck and great speed to you, Ms. Spence. I will read with great interest.

From what I understand, most of Haven's distance studs are redshirting at least for Indoor. Tim Getz graduated as well. 5 of their 7 man team at Nationals haven't raced yet. Most of those guys are gearing up for an Outdoor season. Zondlo is redshirting the whole year. I hope Haven can pull itself out of this hole at least this year.
The classic dual between Ship and LHU in the mid-distance is only made better by the under dog spoilers from the north country. Only one other school consistently produces decent mid distance runners year in and year out with far less resources.
Jewel got knocked down on the 1st lap and rebounded to still run a 1:57.
Who exactly are the underdog spoilers from the north country? Did Clarion finally put a men's team together?
The Field of Man?
Travis arrigoni will supposedly skip the 5k and go for the 3k title at psac's. At first I thought it was dumb but then realized there may not be anyone with enough left to challenge him. He really proved his grit at xc conferences. Thoughts?
Hope he is ready to run 8:13
Arrigoni is in around 8:20 shape. There is no on in the conference who can run 8:13. And anyone doubling back won't crack 8:30. You heard it here first.
According to the IAAF tables 4:06.7 equals 8:05.6 just saying...
Have you not seen the doubles and triples of years past creating sub 8:30 times. Join the real world, 8:30 is a girls time
First of all, Ariphony will not run 8:20. Or maybe Im just looking at the wrong 3k PSAC list? http://m.tfrrs.org/lists/804.html kid better be ready to beat the 13 guys ahead of him...granted he makes the fast heat.
Any predictions for the big dance a week from Saturday?
Ship wins every event, 800 on up.
