Luke Wilson still holds records at St. Marks School in Dallas (The alma mater of the brothers Johnson and John Kellogg) in the 400 and 800. I can't dig up his times but in the past saw them posted as 49-high and 1:54-point. Owen would have excelled as well had his oddly shaped nose not funnctioned as a windsail and created an inordinate amount of drag because of its uniquely formed nostrils.
Carvey's exploits have been exaggerated (not just intentionally, as above) over the years. He says he never broke 10:00 in high school and I think his best mile was in the high 4:30's.
Alice Cooper was a sub-4:30 miler in high school but any accounts of post-scholastic exploits are apocryphal.
