I guess it depends on your time, if your above 12, I don’t think it should, but if your 11 or under, it should be ok as long as it isn’t bone pain, muscular pain is normal, I run 10:20s and my arms, shoulders, quads and hamstrings typically hurt for the last 800m, so you should b ok. You may want to do more stretching though if you don’t want it, especially stretching arms with things like arm circles and other arm stretches. I hope this helps.
