i am a 17 year old male who's been training for about 7 months. in that time, i have gotten my 5k time down from a little over 30mins, to 19:25. my highest week of mileage was about a month ago which was 49km. i did a threshold workout and a repetition workout that week. the longest i've ever run is 10 miles. My 1500 PB is 5:03.
i guess what i'm trying to ask is that with this information, how long do you think it would take me to get to sub 16 and i'm ready to train as hard as necessary cos i still wanna compete on the junior scene.
