So we are approaching sectionals/regionals, the time when it's if you arent in the top few, your season is over.
How far in advance of "the big meet" do you do your last hard race paced quality workout?
I want to get in the work, but then I don't want to cook them and leave the race on the practice field. I dont want to be "workout blind" where I get so focused on getting in X practice session, that I botch the race.
