There doesn't appear to be another runner at elite or professional level who succeeds on that basis. They, too, are highly talented. But even talent needs hard work to succeed in the sport - or at anything.
Running is clearly better than cross training. If not, other elites would do cross training.
Strange. Before her foot injury, PV DID do more running, but she was not as elite back then. Talent being consistent, why did she get faster after her injury and switch to mostly XT if XT is not as good as running?
Will you just shut up? You are ruining this thread. Go away! No one is "engaging with you". We are trying to get rid of you to have a good, informative discussion! Go away.
You don't seem to be aware you are still engaging with me.
Just go away. Shut up. You are not liked. You are not welcome. You are nothing but a useless nuisance here.
Incorrect. Tuohy had been training for 6 years straight. Does that mean she should start declining now? The record holders average age is around 25. Why not 30? Why not 35?
Does Parker run only twice a week? Why are you bullying her and lying?
She has said she runs only 2 to 3 days a week. The rest of her training is xt. That isn't what most elites do. If it was this thread wouldn't exist. There would be nothing to discuss out of the ordinary.
