Hi, I'm a freshman in high school with a current mile PR of 5:45, but I believe I definitely underraced and am in shape for faster. I just ran this workout:
12x400 2 minute rest, splits: 79, 79, 80, 80, 79, 81, 81, 80, 81, 81, 80, 78
It was also very hot and crowded so some of the splits could have been faster.
What kind of shape am I in for the 800/1600/3200 and what kind of pacing should I target to reach this?
