Any ideas what the 1600 and 3200 times to earn a roster spot at these places would be? Based on emails and research I have deduced around 935 for GMU and 925 for W and M.

Faster for William and Mary, I’d say sub 9:20 for a walk on spot
Only the coach knows the answer.
do "all performances" on track on TFRRS for each school. that will tell you what everyone who has seen a meet ran each event in. kids are always looking for some abstract paper "recruiting standard." for recruiting purposes what you want to be, is better than at least one guy already on the team seeing meets, who is not a decathlete. ideally better than a few. this is how recruiting actually works. they graduate out the seniors. they lose anyone who transfers. it's then you and the other recruits and are you better than the remaining underclassmen. if you can't beat their worst guy i wouldn't bother.
also, given your PRs at each event, consider how to market yourself to that school. do you have a particular best event. or does that school seem to have a particular need, few runners in an event you can do, weaker runners in an event than another.
to clarify the marketing comment, gather all your PRs from any event you have run, even irregularly, also the relays, hurdles, field. it was my experience the events i was running as a senior were not necessarily my most recruitable events. only after recruitment/acceptance/starting college track a few years did i figure out, oh, i should have really been a 400/400H type guy in college (or really my last year in HS), but we had moved me out of those events after junior year because i was a relay guy and as a soccer player had limited time to practice hurdles. so you need to sit down and look at what times compete in your conference and what events you are closest to competing in.
you may figure out you have been mis-cast by your HS coach and offer more at a surprising distance/event.
even in soccer, i was primarily a defender, recruited as one, mostly played that in college. but i told the coach i had played mid early in HS select, and so i got occasional starts and subs as a defensive mid or wing. there is some recruitment and use value to versatility.
Not sure now days but 9:20 3200 got me a few thousand dollars from George Mason back in 1986.
Yes. Athletes, parents, and former D3 guys just don't understand that.
In that case, they should have given Abdi Bile a few million
