Here’s a question for you smart people out there. I notice when I bend more down I feel like I glide smoother over the ground, my heel comes closer to my butt and the whole recovery fase seems to be more efficient. However I’m used to not really bending and generally running fast even though my form is very much an ugly shuffle. What do everyone else do? Bend a lot? How much? what is the correct way?
