Hi, just looking for advice on what pace is realistic to go out. Race is a road 5K on the 14th of april.
So far i did 2 specific workouts on the track - 6x1000 (200/2min) with splits of [3:20, 3:22, 3:21, 3:18, 3:19, 3:16] last week and [3:22, 3:23, 3:19, 3:21, 3:15, 3:12] this week. Felt controlled, could do 2 or 3 more in <3:25 if i wanted.
Im aiming between 1700 and 1645.
What do you think?
