Background: Ran 153.1 8, 50.1 open 4, 48.6 4x4 leg in high school. Currently a sophomore in college, have focused mostly on lifting since and gotten really strong (525 deadlift, ~400 squat) but also really heavy (200-205 lbs). Ran sprints yesterday and felt surprisingly fast (36 sec 300 for first rep of repeats, I’d estimate I could run ~50 for 400 right now).
I know I’m heavy, aerobically out of shape, and have a lot of work to do, but I was wondering what y’all’s advice for getting back into shape is, and what times I realistically need to hit in order to be able to walk on. Thank you in advance!
