Last week I started feeling a crampy feeling every time I run on the upper right side of my abdomen. I went to the doctor for an exam. She doesn't think it's organ issues or tumor related. It's been about a week and it will not go away. I can get through workouts but it's extremely discomforting. I'm pretty in-tune with my body so this is very concerning. I should say energy levels and all other vitals seem to be fine.
Anyone else experience this? Any advice or thoughts on what it could be? I've got a marathon coming up on April 14 and am debating pulling the plug to figure out the issue.
