I’m running the 1600m at around 5pm tmr. Raising my mileage so my coach gave me the option to either do weights in the morning before school (as I usually do on Wednesdays) and then run 5 miles after my race OR skip the weights and run before school easy and race later that day. What would you do? Ultimately I know it comes down to how I feel and obviously if I did weights it would be hella light and more just about the movements of things. But what is smarter?
