    they started back up at 5:30ish with the new updated schedule. it is pouring this minute, no lightning, and later heats should be dry.

    This year was challenging with the lightning, delays, hard rain, and just slower humid conditions. There were still some notable performances.

    Mountain Vista returns all 7 of the NXN team members, in addition to her.

    Really? ... I would say even with Michalak leaving that Air Academy has a decent shot. They had 2 freshman who will only get better.

    Yeah I think Mountain Vista and Air Academy both have a shot at an NXN title.

    But it’s not so easy to go back-to-back as national champions especially on the HS girls side
