So I officially have 1 week left before my collegiate xc/track career ends. My specialty was the 5k/1500m. I’m kind of lost on what to train for after this. I know I want to eventually race marathons. For those who moved on post collegiate, how did you structure your training? At the moment I’m thinking to just sticking with building mileage during the Summer with a workout once a week as I am my third month in coming off from an injury which massively dropped my weekly mileage from 40-50 to 20. Also does anyone have any mileage building plans they recommend?
