Anybody know anything about Milton Hershey School in Hershey, I guess its a cost free boarding school with lots of opportunities. My mother is contemplating applying me there and I wouldn't mind it after doing research. I'm from Kentucky BTW.

I went to college with two guys who graduated from Milton Hershey. Let's just say that they didn't get along particularly well with the guys who went to boarding school at Choate Rosemary Hall or Avon Old Farms.

Usually it's for orphans and kids for broken homes. Solid school with 2 college like campuses, excellent sports programs.
Checked their XC/TF teams are they are clearly lacking in that.
It used to only be for orphaned boys and I assumed it still was.
My understanding is that students are required to bathe in chocolate sauce.

It used to be, but they expanded their criteria years ago. Now I believe it's anyone from an underprivileged background, not sure of the exact criteria though. The school is swimming in $$$ so lots of good opportunities and support for students.
