All the top tier americans and top collegians are dopers, and theyre damn good at hiding it.There,i said it :) the trolls can come for me,but i dont care.
Nawowuna is running the Paris Diamond League 5000 on Friday, Her Personal best for 5000 is 15:27 can she Lower that by a Minute to 14:27?
Well if Grace just ran a 10000m averaging 14:53xx per 5000m, it is safe to say she can run in the ballpark of 14:30 for sure, and likely faster.
As for Armstronglivs, yes maybe she is doping. So what? Let us enjoy the sport and unless you are responsible for testing her, how productive is it for you to focus on this? Enjoy the sport if you can.

I don't enjoy a dirty sport or admire cheats.
I honestly don’t understand you. Yes, they all may be doping. I don’t think anybody disagrees with you. If LRC gave you a black page to say this once and for all would that suffice? Maybe a banner that accompanies every thread about any elite performance: WARNING, this performance might be the result of doping? You post thousands of times, but every post is the same. We all get it, so you can stop now. You made your one and only point, over and over and over.
Junxia ran her time back in 1993 and that was almost 30 years ago, surely a teenager like Grace Nawowuna 29:47.42 would be able to approach that after 30 years.

If your post just would reach the addressee. Unfortunately Armstrong will give his message another thousand of times.

I make the point again and again - you say - because fans keep posting thread after thread touting the achievements of runners while not acknowledging the possibility or even the likelihood they are doping - or even denying it.
If you concede the likelihood these athletes are doping then their achievements mean nothing.

Junxia was part of 'Ma's Army' and doped to the gills. Anyone who beats her time is doping.

Because fans like you either pretend they aren't doping or simply don't care about cheats.

Cynicism requires no talent
He has none
Hence the repetition
The repetition is those who deny the facts that suggest doping.
i remember back in 1993 when wang junxia(the sifan hassan of her day) ran 10'000 in 29.31.78 and understandably there was a load of suspicion and an outcry.she also ran a sub 3.52 1500,and an 8.06 3000. Now we have a 19 year old kenyan running 29.47 in her first race.good grief !
This young lady reminds me of Samuel Wanjuri- fearless, no kick, and incredible endurance early in her career. I can see her improving to sub 29:20 by Worlds and still at the age of 19 yrs old.
Does she not remind you of Alice Nawowuna? 29:53 10000
Same name, nearly the same time. Came onto the scene as a youngster with authority.
I was most impressed with the fact her mechanics are extremely fitting given her name. She looked completely unbothered, smooth as silk.
I thought maybe it was just me being a typical middle-aged white dude in thinking they resembled one another, but didn't want to assume they were sisters. No surprise though.
Anyway, with Alice being busted it's sort of mixed emotions or rather mixed ideas. On the one hand Alice could tell Grace "you're even more talented than me, you don't need to dope to make money. stay clean. show the world our family's natural potential."
Or maybe she tells young sis "Do what you have to in order to make money. Even if you get caught, you're still be richer and seen more of the world than you would have otherwise. And nobody cares about you anyway, they'll stop talking about you when someone gets caught doping the following week."
I'm not sure I care either way if she's doping or clean. I just appreciate how smooth Grace runs.
