This thread was originally titled, "Incredible development in the $612,000 Transcon Goodge run, currently ongoing" but the new title is more descriptive. The description of the run is here.
And with regard to Goodge's 100k for transcon, we still have no info about who got what. When should we start to worry? It's now been a year, and all donations went to a Gofundme, not the charities.
Have sent him and his two cinematographers this:
Hi Will, mhr for the big 3-0. In peace, could I grab your tallies for which charities got what? I know you said in Rich Roll that I accused you of possibly stealing the funds, but I certainly never did that. I would just like to get the confirmed totals of who got what, as many have asked. I know Macmillan were at 45k about 6 months ago. What's the latest? Cheers, W
Saw he released the Garmin data… has anyone looked at it?
Did you download the data? Guys, PJ did you a solid and put all the Garmin files in a Google Drive link. Hopefully you are able to figure out how to download from Google Drive and don't struggle for over a year with it like with Strava downloading. Oh, by the way, PJ has a university degree in engineering and is actually super smart and actually understands the data unlike you haters.

He positively does NOT understand data or else he wouldn't say he was going to be the best multidayer in history by 5% as a hopeless mid-packer. That was the true fraud and lie here - so a deep dive is far less necessary. It is eye-wateringly clear that the moment PJ got tired after about 2.5 days he was delighted to pack it in and have a jolly. Funding secured. He is now saying he thought he could 'hold the pace for 10 days'. Well, what use is that?
We're looking for sharp practice and lying from the influencers for financial gain and to rip off our noble sport. We got that from PJ without having to do deep dives. What he did was shameful, and now Brockmann is doing the same but upping the ante to an even more outrageous degree.
Goodge and Balenger's data is far more obviously corrupt, because they're much worse runners. Goodge barely runs 100 miles a month wheras even ordinary ultrarunners do 100 a week. And now Goodge refuses to release his Whoop, which clearly shows 4 hours running are missing per day, and after a year refuses to say what he gave to charity. Not one single word about how much American Cancer got. The guy might have kept around 40k for himself? And then the darker question of how much he's kept through previous stunts.
Sotg - the reason you support all these influencers is that you're probably one yourself. But you're such a coward you will forever cloak yourself in anonymity, and thus can never be taken seriously. But newsflash for you: this is all crumbling. The running community is fighting back and your heroes of Rich Roll, Balenger, Goodge, Choi, PJ, Brockmann and even HG are literally drowning in mistakes. When even a Runners World editor is faking her Strava "due to her ego", it shows how widespread all this is.
PJ can have his 51 - he will always be a fraud to me. He lied about the 75 for 40 and he knows he did. Someone has written to me to say he pitched it like that because he thought it sounded neat and round for the companies and media. To which I reply in my best Al Pacino voice from Scent of a Woman: "and Harry, Trent, Jimmy... wherever you are out there... F*CK you too!"

You have so much anger in you, Will. It's not healthy. Your idea of "fighting back" have only been fabricating false allegations of "cheating" where even your secret slueth doesn't believe you anymore.

Yes he does. He posted something very negative about WG here just the other day. You never found out who he was, and got the wrong guy when you had a guess.
I am actually calm of mind all passion spent. I was really angry a year ago, but now I can see so clearly what this is all about. Grifting and taking money from the sport by false pretences. It's so obvious what they're all doing, and I have had masses of support on the Brockmann page, as of course I have here.
You could do us all a favour and clear up WGs missing Transcon funds - that'd be ace. But you won't. Just as you won't ask for his Whoop.

You are wrong again, I never "had a guess" at who your secret sleuth is. I asked Pete Kostelnick if he was your secret sleuth in jest knowing full well that Kostelnick can't stand you at all because of your anger and abrassivenss, let alone ever working for you.

You were thinking of ME, everyone knows that. Where are all the haters now that were so ferociously demanding the Garmin files? Where's Rob Pope that was commenting in every one of PJ's Instagram posts demanding his Garmin files? Where's Rob Pope with his analysis of these Garmin files using his veterinary skills? Face it, none of you haters know how to even read the data that's in the Garmin files let alone know what analyzing the data entails.
You want to talk data? Here’s a data point for you: you broke this site’s all time record for the largest amount of trashy posts in a single thread. Download and analyze that.

The Johnson fraud is the 40 day claim. He ran 51. Who cares if he cheated on a few percent of that, after pathetically giving up on day 4. Goodge claimed 65, but then got 55 and never tired or had a bad session and 90% of his data is corrupt. Also his fundraising goes to himself and not for the charity.
Johnson is a pest and a rascal and although he is benefitting enormously from his lies, at least his fund-raising goes straight to the charity. Goodge's fundraising goes directly to him and now he refuses to say which charity got how much. That is about as dark as it gets, and you, Robinson, Tresgaskis, Balenger and Roll all refuse to look into it for us. And you refuse to answer the Whoop point about him missing some 4 hours a day.
Fact is Johnson's massive cut-outs were highly irregular, but if they really are due to poles, ok... I don't think it's that simple myself, nor do many others, but it was only for a small percentage of the journey. Goodge has no human data some 90% of the time. Completely unseen in history, except for one other humanoid: His coach, business partner and mentor, Balenger. A stratospheric coincidence at best.
Come on Sneakers - get us Goodge's charity tallies and his Whoop. They're supposed to both be published, where are they? You're by far and away his biggest supporter in the world. Why won't you help him? I can't think of another example of an ally who refused to help and muddied the waters as badly as you. It makes us all believe you are highly complicit in the ruse.

My offer from 6 months back still stands, Cockerell. I will entertain your delusions of the Whoop data and charity tallies if you re-upload the Facebook video you deleted if you swooning about your 7 minutes of alone time with Goodge.
This post is not meant to start a fight and there is no intended criticism of anybody.
On Strava, if I select one of my own activities and click on the 3 horizontal dots at the bottom of the left hand column, there is the option to 'export original' which is presumably the original data that I uploaded from my watch. This option does not appear when I view someone else's activity.
So my question is this:
Is it possible to get the original data from someone else's activity or not? If the answer is 'yes' then could someone please explain in very simple steps how you do it, bearing in mind that my computer programming skills only extend to 1981 Sinclair BASIC. Apologies in advance if anyone feels that they have already answered this- it's just that I've read very definite claims that it is and isn't possible. I just feel that it would be worth knowing for sure.
Are any of the haters on here going to answer Steve Pope's (or rather, Rob Pope's) question about how to download from Strava or is everyone looking at ME again?
Just nonsense horse-trading. A nothing video which said I'd walk away from all this if he showed a pulse from then on in. He didn't. Besides, since then he did a massive 5 day negative split, hasn't shown what cash has gone to charity and we have one day of Whoop and it's missing 4 hours of supposed running.
I tried to give them a chance many times and it was basically always the same: We'd get a pulse back for a day or so, and then straight back on the 105s.
You are so clearly in their camp, but at least he can never do this sort of thing ever again, and those that know, know: the funds didn't all go to the charity - did American Cancer even get a penny? And they clearly did Transcon as a relay. We don't need the smoking gun - he's stuck on real races now, where it'll just be a sea of dnf's and incompetent fiasco like the dreadful Cali 100, or MDS. Oh - and the speed project - he'll always have those underground, no result, relay races. Whoohoo. What can he possibly hope to achieve in the Moab 250?
Let's see how the next few years unfold. And how Nedd does in his 10 day race for 1,000 miles. My prediction is 730.

Last time I checked, Rob Pope said he was done with you, then you cried like a little b trying to get him to come back and have had a bigger hard on for him than your other boyfriend, PJ. I guess he probably has a life and doesn't want to argue with a guy who still lives in his mom's basement.

Seeing as Rob Pope posted endless comments in PJ's social media posts demanding the Garmin files now released, I would say Rob Pope has tons of free time on his hands.
