Girl in KS did it as a sophomore in 4x400, 800, 1600, 3200 and won all. Then last year did 400, 800, 1600, and 3200 and won them all.

Untested, of course
This isn't only health/fragility, it's also to prevent 1 kid from scoring a gazillion points. But, 40 points can still win a state meet.
I recall reading that Roesler won 16 state titles in HS. She won xc all 4 years and 12 on the track. If I recall correctly, she won at least one title at every distance from 100m up through cross country (except the hurdle events) at least once.
I watched Nick Hartle of Centennial HS quadruple in Nevada's top classification in 2012:
400: 47.7
800: 1:52
1600: 4:18
3200: 9:25
The times might not be that impressive, but the meet was run in 2 days at moderate elevation (Carson City.) IIRC, the 3200 was at the end of the second day and many of the other competitors were doubling back from something else as well.
Best part was he was the only guy in the 400 without blocks. He won XC as well.
Two more to leap to mind, I think Andrew Rock won the 100, 200, 400, and LJ at the Wisconsin meet in 2000.
And Ayden Owens (now world-class decathlete) won the Pennsylvania meet all by himself for North Allegheny a few years back. He did 110h/200/400h/LJ (over two days, including prelims) and scored 38 points.
I often hear about this gauntlet in CA, especially last year w/ Newbury Park. Makes the Fernandez 4:01/8:34 double more impressive as he had to get there, too.
In the northeast there is usually 1- a qualifying time, 2-region meet w/heats, 3-state meet w/divisions on school size w/heats, 4-meet of champions. Along w/getting a qualifying time, there is also the team's league meet and a county meet.
If a team does Penn Relays, you can finish season w/ 1-Penn, 2-league, 3-county, 4-region, 5-state, 6-meet of champions all packed into a 4-6 week period. It's not the same as CA, but this is what someone like a Martin, Tuohy, or Sherry faced before dealing w/national meets every year.
