Hello to all! I am running a long run (jogging continously) for 90 minutes every day, but, i have to stop and take bathroom breaks really often... I was worried: Did I get some benefits in the days when i MUST make a toilet break (i must mention that i stop the watch during the pause, so my total time is 90mins as always).
Somewhere i read that total time is most important thing in getting benefits. Is that right? Or I really regress my benefits? Please answer.
