Makes sense becuase Tuohy has shown that she runs her best when she has a chance to win. She will be just another runner in these races.

430 and 850 would be very good 428 and 845 would be outstanding! The real prize is the national championships!
I mentioned on a different thread that I believe she’ll go out out in a comfortable 4:10 for 1500m. Then, using her newfound speed, close the rest of the race in 16 seconds, for 4:26. #2 all-time NCAA in this race.
Her upcoming 3000? 8:48.5
This is the year of records for Tuohy.
Anyone here with Runnerspace account and can record the race???
Help the sport!! Dont help USATF, they got fed millions by ESPN while our sport get no promotion and support whatsoever and runnerspace .... they lock all these amazing races, so many people are unable to watch
Record the video
send it to me anonymously on mediafire or through email
I'll upload it myself so fans can watch
Doubt it, whatever the fastest NCAA times r for the last year minus . 5 seconds... 429 maybe
This mile race might afford faster times than the other one but again, 4:25-26 is a very solid indoor mark (top 6-10 in the world in most seasons) for professionals with outdoor 1500m PBs around 4:00-02. It would be very good for a ~4:07 college runner.
Whereas I'd be quite confident than 8:45-47 is possible at Millrose if she can hang with a group and not start too fast (as pacing will probably be for sub 8:30)
if katelyn wants to sandbag, she'll aim for that time 😂
actually yea but shes already there, no championship is at stake there, why not run fast
Imagine if she actually goes crazy and wins it
There will only be a few chasing that fast a pace at Millrose. I would think Henes/Orton-Morgan/Wayment/etc would be at 8:40-45 pace
Dr Sander Mile Invitational start list

Oh AWESOME! McCabe is racing as well!
What a great field. So excited to see what Mccabe can do here as well.
Mile - 5:47
3000m - 10:03
Is Kali Long the pacer?
Cry more!👌
McCABE is a legit beast, she is mentally and physically tough like tuohy, gonna be one heck of a race!!💪🤘
Good joke. Tuohy runs poorly when she can't win.
