They’re all empty calories and for the most part equivalent except for the vitamins. Drinking any type of sugar water is fine if you burn the calories.
Eating fruit is better than drinking fruit juice.
There isn’t much merit to pop (non-)science classification of foods as good and bad. They’d say potatoes are bad but sweet potatoes are good. Why?? Potatoes are very healthy and rich in nutrients too.
This is all of the nutritional advice that matters for the vast majority of normal healthy people — 1) ensure nutritional balance; 2) eat at caloric maintenance — and you can eat anything including pizza, fries, soda, burgers, chocolate etc. within those two constraints.
