Yes
I used to walk on water 5% (and land 95%), but now I'm mostly ~30% land and ~70% hovering in the air. Just guesstimating, I don't track my surfaces carefully.
100% of my running is on surface.
95% road
4% track
1% trail
I swim 1-2x per week so roughly 90% on land, 10% in the water
100% dirt/grass...via mountain bike. I haven't run regularly since 2015 and haven't run a step since 2020. I have what must be a real physical issue with my right hip joint. At first I thought it was injury and took time off, then more time, and more time, and now 7 years gone by and running is a memory. Hip still hurts to walk even but I can ride.
Keep it on the 'crete'!

Rough estimate here:
50% single track trails, 35% gravel roads and about 15% on concrete.
45% road
5% trails
50% bike
Winter
80% asphalt/tarmac
20% treadmill
Spring--Fall
70% asphalt/tarmac
10% treadmill
10% track
10% grass
I used to run on trails probably 40%, but repetitive ankle sprains forced me onto asphalt/concrete almost 100% for the reliable footing. Kind of sad, but we do what we need to do, and I haven’t had a sprained ankle in a couple of years.

50% concrete (feels nice to go fast on but definitely wears my legs down after weeks of high mileage), 40% dirt (my favorite, although it has been muddy lately because of rain), and 10% grass (most of the grass close to me is not well kept and very uneven, flares up my lateral knee pain and just feels very awkward to run on).
Great interview with Steve Cram - says Jakob has no chance of WRs this year
