I'm not sure. I'll ask her when she comes over for dinner this evening.

katelyn went to usa champs, valby didnt despite qualifying and already there
so who got tested and who didnt?
The men knocked it out of the park. Super fast, like the women's 3k.
The womens 5k, except for Olemomoi and Stearns, didn't have any big PBs, and everyone pretty much ran right around times they have run before. Maybe Ella Baran pb as well, in the slower heat.
Young did well, but maybe he was past his XC peak a bit too.
phenomenal year for katelyn tuohy
this summary is tiring, she has achieved so much in a just a year
What other ones? Annie Rodenfels? She did great but exact same time as last year for her too.
sam and kelsey and sydney all jsut ran just around their pbs too!
holy frick yes 15:08 was her time and pb ... yo this is crazy how the women just ran around their pbs by a second and less than a second, deva vu
Yeah it's kinda weird. Cook pb 15:25, she ran 15:24
sam edges katelyn's 3000m school record by like .05 seconds and she pb 0.25 seconds
her last lap isnt like her, same with kelsey, and katelyn, usualy they kick best at the last laps, didnt happen today but still great race by everyone~
camel city invite should be fun, their ex teammates will run there too!
elly vs katelyn would be fun to watch!
Interview w/ Tuohy about the race:
Yeah I think the NC State runners did just fine tonight after just finishing a grueling XC season with a lot of expectations and pressure for them especially Tuohy. Hope they all get a nice break going into the holidays and then regroup for indoor. I’d love to see Tuohy go for a 3k/DMR double. They could contend in the DMR with Mareno (1200) whoever their best sprinter is (400) Bush (800) and of course Tuohy on the 1600 anchor.
3k-dmr double at nationals? maybe not, nc state does not have a strong 800m
katelyn has unfinished business w the 3000-5000 double so maybe she'll try that again
i meant 400, sams a 2:04 800m, quite fast

The top dmr teams have 2:01 runners. 800m is a gap for NC state.

According to the USADA, not KT!
(Don't take my word for it -- you can see for yourself.)
Your enthusiasm and passion are amazing, but they get overshadowed by your inane fan-girling. Too often, your posts remind me of the old joke: The problem isn't what people don't know; the problem is what people know that isn't so.
