Did anyone else
get long Covid in their legs? I finally ran it out of mine after 5 months. My legs, especially the calves bonked after like 200m. Slowly I was able to increase the duration but it was excruciating!

At least you can run. It's been a little more than 3 months since I contracted COVID and I am still not fully recovered. Just last week I was still experiencing shortness of breath, and earlier this month I had chronic fatigue syndrome-like symptoms. Could barely walk without feeling like I was going to pass out or getting heart palpitations. I had hypersensitivity to certain sights and loud sounds and watching certain tv shows or playing video games would make my symptoms worse. I also couldn't sleep for a few nights because every time I was on the verge of falling asleep, I kept getting these adrenaline rushes that would jolt me awake. Prior to getting COVID I was training up to 12 hrs a week. I am slowly starting to feel a little better but have not tried running again yet or even walking for more than 15 min, for fear of regressing again. When will this nightmare end, bros?
Have you guys looked into long-Covid recovery protocols? I've posted links to recovery treatments several times. Not much is known about how to treat long Covid, but the treatments have almost no downside risk so I'd definitely look into them if I were having problems in recovering.
I'll post the link again if you're interested.
I am so sorry to hear of your struggles. God bless you. I hope doctors can help you.
How many jabs did you get to avoid getting real sick from Covid?
Ihave had long covid for 30 yrs, running slowed down, eyesight got worse, etc.. This covid thing has been around longer than people relize. BTW - When can i expect my next check to keep up with the Biden Inflation program?
Try pine needle tea and ivermectin.
I got Covid in my legs, almost exclusively so. I had one night of fever and body aches, followed by 9 days of burning fatigue in my hamstrings, calves, and (oddly) forearms. It has been five months, And although I can now run OK, I find that any bit of stress, illness, or fatigue brings on the exact same symptoms in my legs that I had during Covid.
