All of the dirt roads in Kenya are great for running but not so much for road biking
You know Kenya has asphalt roads too right? It isn’t all dirt roads, even when you get far away from Nairobi.
Id be more worried about protection cycling in Kenya than the lack of roads. A pack of soft white Americans riding $10,000 bikes would be quite the tempting target.
