White Lightening!
White Lightening!
She's incredible. Does she have even more in store for the final? Scary though
She’s a million dollar talent and she looks like she can run 21.6. Girl is a machine
Needs to sign a deal this week
give her a just legal tailwind, and she could go WR.
It's a pity that the old "Hitler Downfall" meme died out - remember those? The ones where they'd overlay fake subtitles on top of the footage of movie Hitler sitting at his desk and ranting?
The original script has a Steiner in it - Abby was made for being incorporated into the meme, win or lose.
We saw three white sprinters, Steiner, Prandini and Boling, all in the 200m. One more time......white sprintes do have more success at 200m than the 100m.
Hard to have less success than at 100m.
You remind me of watching boxing in the 80s. The announcer was trying to be PC and talking about the red shorts and blue shorts. An active boxer visiting the booth said "you mean the white fighter and the black fighter"...
Back when Boling ran that HS sub10,00 that got our attention I said it right then......will be better at 200m. As we can see he is.
White sprinters historically have a better 200m than 100m, simply a fact of life.
Superb race. Superb athlete. Steiner is the queen is of sprinting.
Looks like Jackson from Jamaica will be considered the favorite although it will probably be difficult to duplicate her performance today, but 21.55 is incredible time.
Steiner is considered at the top for American 200 women as it stands now, but we’ll see how it goes in a few weeks.
Shericka Jackson!!!!
Steiner kicked it into another gear with 100 to go. Definitely reminded me of a 1500 runner out there. Interesting physiologically speaking. I wonder if there is something to that?
Incredible race by Abby! She is certainly a favorite to medal next month, both at 200 and on the 4 x 400.

For real?
Let’s talk Shericka Jackson. In fact, let’s talk JAM sprinting. Again.
She have a bf?

Sure she is.
I wonder what ETH and SAFP have to say about that.
Steiner was nothing short of amazing; however, I was puzzled by NBC calling her athlete of the meet despite the WR by Sydney. Athlete of the day, I can see that.

Womens 400h record is weak. Men's is 2.8 seconds off the 400 flat record. Women's has a ways to go
Every time I read or hear "Steiner" the next thing that pops up in my mind is "Krebs." Am I the only one?
Great interview with Steve Cram - says Jakob has no chance of WRs this year
I’m a D2 female runner. Our coach explicitly told us not to visit LetsRun forums.
