As you can see, I was referring to the First, Fourth, Fifth and Sixth Amendments which I specifically mentioned above. Perhaps I should have referred to those as "civil liberties" instead of "civil rights" (although I'm not sure there is much of a difference in this context), but I think my point was clear that the US Founding Fathers did some incredible ground-breaking things regarding freedom, civil rights/liberties, enlightenment and ordered liberty. I don't think anyone looking at the US Constitution with any kind of historical perspective (as opposed to a 2020 hindsight perspective) has any meaningful disagreement with that.
