10.9 is a long way from 10.5.... I wouldnt be surprised is someone like Mark Everrett(44.5/1:43) was down around 10.5. But no way he is coming close to 13:30
At a high level, if you have any distance ability, if you can run a 10.5, you are running 21 low and a 45-46s 400m. That is a talent level we rarely see in 1500m guys. Legit sub 46s are pretty rare even for 800m specialists. Back it off slight to 11sand we are talking the 46high/mid47 guys. We have seen a lot more of them
