5 throws over 80m. Nice series.
Competition complete. All six of his throws were longer than anyone else's best.
Since 1960, the US has had only one Olympic medalist in the hammer, Lance Deal in 1996.
Winkler currently has the #2 throw in the world.
Technical question: How to watch Day 3 online? I paid for Peacock so that I could watch the Olympic trials, but it seems that Day 3 is not on Peacock -- and indeed, only the parts of each session that are broadcast on NBCSN are on Peacock. I know it comes through the air for free, and on cable, but I don't have an antenna or a cable. How do I watch the NBC parts online?
Thank you!
I subscribe to tv.youtube.com which provides access to most standard TV channels including NBC (which is showing the trials when it's not on Peacock).
However, on Friday NBC were showing the 10,000 on tape delay, at least where I live. I found a pirated live stream on youtube. That solution may work in general.
Hope you don't mind me starting a thread on the sprints. I feel it's needs its own thread. If it no one acknowledges it, no problem.

Thanks! I will try those. I also noticed that the NBC portions are on fubo.tv and one can get a free 7-day trial.
Lol, Briton needs to have her coach take her watch off.
Link to livestream feed?

If it's not onStrava it didn't happen.
They were probably text messages from her coach she was reading
Anyone know how lance deal became a hammer thrower
He went to Montana state and the big sky didn’t have hammer
Sometimes it is hard to get the Garmin to get a good GPS lock. I felt for her.
Leigh Diffey sucks as an announcer. Please god tell me he won't be the one calling the actual Olympics. He makes me miss Tom Hammond bad.
Gatlin looking tired, but Q.
Young lost all his great turnover, and has washed out.
Great result for Williams, I hope he qualifies.
Next semi will be super-interesting.
Keni Harrison is gonna choke again isn't she?
They should hire Nick Symmonds as an announcer, he can make a bunch of hobbyjoggers racing for packs of gum sound exciting.

Seriously...I paid for Peacock to watch the Olympic Trials and Tour De France and now they don't even have Day 3. I was under the impression that Peacock included everything from NBC when you pay for the whole package.

They don't give a crap about track and field on Peacock. They advertised a bunch of track meets that were going to be on there awhile back, and then they didn't actually carry half of them. I was really pissed when they didn't have World Athletics Relays when they said they were going to.
