Fan.
And, now a season's best.
Waiting for Walcott to unleash a big throw.
Last throw no hat, not as good.
The guy throws on pure hat.

Rain stopped and sun came out for 20 seconds for the 200m.
Holy crap! Bednarek almost gets stadium record with a 20.3 with a -3.0.
Gemili bit disappointing there.

he's been unimpressive for over a year. he ran a 20.6 with a massive tailwind last year.
de grasse is surprising. he seems out of shape/
Intriguing lineup for the W1500 Muir Snowden Tracey Arafi Embaye etc
Nice pacemaking by McColgan but she's about to get owned
Demolition job by Laura, solid effort by Kate Snowden in 3rd.
He’s playing it smart, same as every year. Why kill yourself in crap conditions after travel when the important meets are yet to come.
Bednarek though, he’s slowly gaining credibility with me. Like Kerley over ADG in the 100, Bednarek over ADG in this 200 doesn’t mean much.
Same with SCR’s loss. Big deal. This meet is all about making some bucks, for the top sprinters. It’s a throw-away, like Ostrava was.

That race was dope
Can't spell Hardloper without dope.
Wow, Bednarek really destroyed everyone.
MUIR! She’s great.
Well, that's it. I say the 2 stars were Katir and Krukowski's hat. And Muir I guess.
Potato man will be having nightmares at the thought that Jakob has developed a kick.

Wasn't really a kick though. "Potato Man" runs 1:43 800m and doesn't have to be scared of Jakob.
I picked McSweyn to beat Jakob but only on the vague notion that McSweyn was a good finisher, but I don't really know how good. I'd have to see the splits to be sure.

Nice!
All about the wins, this was championship racing, not time trialling. Katir with the performance of the night, but Asher-Smith won the race with the best field. I hope Fraser-Pryce picks up form as the season goes on because Tokyo could be an amazing showdown if she does. Great experience for Richardson, competing internationally and in less than perfect conditions, she'll use that
Asher Smith did v well.

McSweyn is kickless.
