Okay, so to your second paragraph - learn the difference between variance and mean. I am not saying you're wrong, but two groups can have the same means but much different variance. Not that that matters because I was talking about average difference, and there are different most definitely mean differences between racial groups.
Also, saying that sociocultural differences exist does not discount the genetic influences on behavior that account for racial differences. It's not an either-or. Lastly, I am not exactly up on my "race science" but I am sure there are much more specific sub-racial groups that account for the genetic variation among racial groups that could make for better descriptions, that go deeper than just "black, white, hispanic, asian, ect." To deny that race as construct has any validity is just silly, anybody with eyeballs can clearly tell there are at least physical differences between whites and blacks or Hispanics and Asians.
