Steeple is nothing special, might have a couple guys around the olympic standard
Wale could very well go sub-8:00 and potentially get in the top-10 all-time list.

What time is the 3000m ?
10:45 PT.
Use a VPN. You can get CyberGhost extension for Chrome easily. I set my location as Netherlands and it worked for me.

I'm guessing most Letsrunners don't speak Czech...
Stream ended!
Does the OP have another one for the afternoon races?

I was looking at his most recent races, didn't look impressive except his indoor 3k... But then I saw a couple of them were at altitude in Ethiopia. So ya, he could run something blazing today. Don't know if we'll see sub 8 though, there doesn't look to be anyone else to push him there.

I put my VPN to the UK and the stream works
It looked like the black/metallic color of matumbo 3s maybe?
I'm just seeing a replay of the earlier races. 😐

3000 is the Cheptegei WR show, Paul Chelimo is also in there, we'll see if he's ready for the trials.
10,000 has a few guys hoping to get the olympic standard.
Chelimo has been training with cheruiyot’s group in Kenya for many weeks. I’m sure he’s ready.
I believe the 10k has kiplimo?
Nevermind, it's gone

Use a VPN and set location to somewhere in Europe.

Wow, and mostly a solo effort.
Officially his splits were.
13:27.43-13:06.50. Had a rabbit for the first 5k. Totally solo 2nd 5k.

VPN-ing to UK's IP address works great.
Mo Farah has some competition this summer.
