NP has 5 who have a reasonable chance of dropping under 9 in the 3200. This is going to be wild.

And 4 of them are nonseniors. This is nuts.
Also it should say May 7th and 8th instead of April
Leo Young should join brothers Lex and Nico in the under 9 club. Can anybody name three siblings running that fast in hs? Are they the best hs distance running family in US history? Seems like it.

Alan and Josh Webb? Not 3 of them though.
I always thought the 1972 Lompoc team was the best every. This year NBP fifth runner is a 9:04 3200. The top five times for NBP converted to the old 2-miles is 45:01 this year, Lompoc ran 46:21 for their top five. I know it’s not in the same race, but to be a 9:04 runner and be fifth man on your team would make this NBP best team ever. Their # 6 runner is at 9:27.
Bellarmine is very good but their last three runners are no where near NBP.
Funny they didn’t mention that Northport high school and La Salle Academy out of the northeast have both had three dip under in the same race. Northport was even a full 2 mile, so wayyy under for 3200.

That 9:27 his didn't make their top 7 this past fall
I was just going by this spring. But I’m glad you proved me wrong because it just adds to my point about NBP being best team ever.
So, this year NBP has 5 runners faster than the record at my high school, which has been around for 75+ years. Incredible!
