first dose was nothing. zero change.
2nd dose, I ran day of. no change. Next day I pulled up my bootstraps and did a 2 mile easy jog....that was more than enough!
day after, I did a high intensity 4x400 workout. I could do this because my muscles were fine and i had rest. the warmup and cool down were honestly a bigger problem, so I just kept it short.
the next day i went long and this was horrible. Heart rate jacked and had to run very, very slow. Not a surprise, as this is how my warm up and cool down went the day before. Another couple days and I was normal.
I have talked to others who were fine by the 2nd day after. So it's obviously different for all.
