i was trying to think why i didn't see my response in this thread but i think i'm conflating a separate "what are your PRs" thread from a couple months ago, that co-occurred with some thread about weight where i said i never wanted to get over 180 and got laughed at by a couple of boomers.
anywho...
i'm just under 6'1" and currently weigh about 170. been chronically injured and just slogging 8:00 miles. no idea what i could run if i really wanted to get after it (and consequently re-injure myself).
at the end of HS i was about 155 or so and ran a 1:59 4x8 split, 4:28 1600, and 9:55 3200.
in college i got a little heavier. probably around 160 when i was fastest, but i hardly weighed myself in those days. 4:11 1500 (sad!), 9:01 3000, 16:13 5000 (yuck), and 27:03 8K.
the only respectable race i've run post-college was a 1:18 half. funnily enough, i had not been weighing myself much but i was running a fair bit and feeling in shape. i stepped on a scale shortly before this race and i was actually like 158! so i had inadvertently gotten slim and trim and it served me well in that race haha.
