Never ran anything shorter than 5K for time.
6’1. 175-180 out of season, 170-175 in season
51.5 Open 400m (Probably sub 50 sharpened)
1:58 800m (this PR will probably be shattered next time I race 800)
4:05/4:23 1500/mile
9:31 2 mile
16:07 5k
1:21 half marathon
Perks of being a big boi:
- sprint fast
- no one ever tries to nudge you
- not an incel
- badass race pictures
- worshiped like a god in the weight room despite having mediocre lift PRs
Cons of being a big boi:
- wears through shoes faster
- joints hurt after 10 miles regardless of pace, shoes, or form
- XC is an L
- always smack tree branches on runs
- constantly compared to Nick Bare despite not even being close to Nick Bares build.

Also ran a short XC course in 11:10ish in 8th grade (age 13), but it was a notoriously short course, to be VERY clear.

I’m slow for this message board. Didn’t pick up running until my early 20s. Never had a coach or club but read some books.

Had about 5 years at that plateau. Haven’t raced since 2015. Hoping to make a comeback this year at 43, but the injuries seem to haunt me.
Taller than you, heavier than you, faster than you. That's all you need to know.
5'4" 123 LBS
1500: 4:11

Side note racing a 5k on Saturday and should drop that PR by like 30 seconds.
Obviously, I'm small but I was a good wrestler in high school so I'm pretty strong for my weight.
