Has Morgan Mitchell left Team Matthews or quit athletics?
Has Morgan Mitchell left Team Matthews or quit athletics?
Mathews has had some injury problems. You can tell from his Strava that his training has been limited. A lot of cross training. Lower volume.
Risely ran like an idiot,. He was so far back. I have no idea why he decided to run like that.
Bisset has ran sub 2 3 times. She literally did it in box hill the other week & dragged Linden Hall through for a sub 2

Ha, I like how when you search for an athlete's results you then click "Fetch." Is this an Australian thing? Not in America, Gretchen!

She literally didn’t run sub 2 in box hill. Literally no one has done that.
She did in Brisbane though

Claudia Hollingsworth, 16yo superstar, runs the U17 womens 400 prelims at 11.15am today [10 hours away] then steps out on the big stage in the open 800 prelims five hours later. Running for third in the 800 and a trip to Tokyo? Bisset and Linden Hall should beat her in the final and Small is the threat to her bronze.
Small is out for the season, Hall isn't running the 800

Clifford very stiff to miss the final. Shows the depth of the 1500 in Australia.
I thought Ollie Hoare was going to run these. No? I’d heard about hunter already.
Hunter could be a surprise after coming back from injury. 1500m will be a battle between MTC and Team Telford!

Also interested in this - anyone? Her instagram has focused a lot more on her fitness influencer side this year, and I haven't seen any results from her in a while...
Also, anyone know the story behind Blundell's DNF?

Couldn’t have gotten a better pacing job than that. Stewy towed him round for 1400m. Class race that. Team Telford vs MTC rivalry is real again
